Thank you for downloading this checklist- this has helped me take the guess work when designing more and more units. Yes, a large vacation home will need a lot more decor items, but this list you can give a VA and time after time implement this across your buildings.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:  I recommend downloading all 3 files, but working off the spreadsheet version over the PDF version. The reason is the spreadsheet has a column dedicated for a checkbox per unit, so if you are setting up a 20 unit building or boutique hotel, you can replicate the base design across the board this way.
